How do I submit a referral?
Fill out the form on this page, call or text us at (835) 248-0004, or email [email protected] with the subject "Referral: [Name]". We'll take it from there.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No limit at all. The more you refer, the more you earn. Neighbor referrers hit a $500 milestone bonus on their 3rd referral. Hero and Business Partner referrals earn $500 per job with no cap.
When do I get paid?
Referral rewards are paid within 5 business days of the referred project's completion and final payment. You choose cash or gift card.
Do I need to be a previous RoofOps customer?
No. Anyone can refer someone to RoofOps and earn a reward through the Neighbor program. The Hero program requires verification of service. The Business Partner program is for trade professionals.
What qualifies for the Heroes Program?
First responders (firefighters, police, EMTs, dispatchers), educators (K-12 teachers, administrators, counselors, college faculty), and military/veterans (active duty, veterans, National Guard, reserves, military spouses, Gold Star families). Valid ID or verification required.
How does the Business Partner program work?
You get a dedicated partner relationship with RoofOps. Your clients receive priority scheduling, and you earn $500 per completed job. Hit 5+ referrals in a year and you become a Preferred Partner with enhanced benefits and a featured listing on our website.
Can I combine the Hero discount with a referral?
Yes. If a Hero refers someone who is also a hero (veteran, first responder, educator), the referred person gets the 5% hero discount AND the referrer earns $500. Everyone wins.
